Barre

Barre is a low-impact, high-intensity exercise class inspired by Pilates and ballet. It targets the stabilizing muscles, builds strength in the core, and creates space around the joints. We move to music—think of it as choreographed physio—using bands and balls. It’s a great practice for improving posture, supporting mental well-being, and enhancing overall tone and fitness.
